Since 1989, Glenn Slavin has practiced exclusively in general litigation with concentration in complex personal injury trial work and corporate commercial litigation. Born and raised in Colonia, he graduated from Lafayette College and received his law degree from Quinnipiac University, School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Glenn has successfully represented clients who have suffered profound injuries through no fault of their own. He personally investigates each and every case to assure the best possible recovery for the firm’s clients.
Glenn is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves as a trustee for several educational, hospital and philanthropic foundations. He has appeared as an expert panelist on talk shows and television segments on the topic of personal injury as well as commercial litigation. Kevin Morse served as the Chief Municipal Prosecutor of Woodbridge Township from 1992 to 2008. He also previously served as Chief Municipal Prosecutor in the Boroughs of Metuchen and Carteret. Since 1990 his practice has concentrated in all facets of real estate from commercial to residential; buys, sells and refinances. Kevin also has substantial experience in Zoning and Land Use Planning Law. He is routinely retained by corporations, developers and by individuals in need of variance, site plan and other governmental approvals.
He is retained by other attorneys who recognize his expertise and extensive background in this area. A resident of Edison, he is a graduate of Fairfield University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Kevin is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been invited to guest lecture on real estate, land use development and municipal court matters by those in need of his expertise. In 2008, Mr. Morse was appointed and currently serves as a Municipal Court Judge in Woodbridge Township.
As an attorney since 1990, Joseph Antonakakis has had a rounded perspective on the law. In addition to being a Tax Lawyer with a Masters Degree from New York University, he is also a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in estates, trusts, tax, corporate and business law. In his career, he has worked in large accounting firms, law firms and has served in the position of in-house counsel and corporate officer to a large multi-project corporation.
Mr. Antonakakis’ business experience enables him to deal with client issues in a practical, straightforward method. He has routinely advised clients on structuring deals that not only address the business aspects, but the income and estate tax perspectives as well. Joe is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. He is active in several charitable, youth and sports organizations.
